  1. HTML Lite Installation

  3. 1.  Make sure you have installed FrameMaker 5.
  4.  
  5. 2.  Insert the WebWorks HTML Lite floppy into your Macintosh.
  6.  
  7. 3.  Double click on the "HTML Lite Installer" program.  This
  8.      will install HTML Lite onto your hard drive.
  9.  
  10. 4.  Move the "HTML Lite Module" file from the folder where you
  11.      installed it into the FrameMaker 5 "Modules" folder.
  12.  
  13. 5.  Restart FrameMaker 5.

  15. Using HTML Lite
  16.  
  17. Once you have restarted FrameMaker 5, you should see 3
  18. new options under the File->Utilities menu inside of FrameMaker.

  24. For more information on what each of these options means, select
  25. HTML Info... or use FrameMaker to open the file "sampler.toc" inside 
  26. the HTML Lite install folder.

  28. Using HTML Lite on the PowerPC Macintosh
  29.  
  30. To run HTML Lite on the PowerPC Macintosh, use system
  31. software version 7.5 or later. Earlier system software versions
  32. don't have the ObjectSupportLib extension required to run HTML Lite.

  34. Your PowerPC Macintosh must have at least 13.5 MB of available RAM
  35. in order to run both FrameMaker and HTML Lite.  The alert "Can't
  36. start WebWorks HTML Lite" appears if you try to run HTML Lite from
  37. FrameMaker with less than 13.5 MB of RAM.
